Reasonably clean place with pleasant view over to the cathedral. Particularly good and perfect location right by a cathedral church. A lot of cafes/restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Great to have an attached restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was conveniently located and had a contemporary decor. It was also very close to the shopping mall, the Mint, Ferry, Park & a large array of cafes & restaurants with free hop on hop transport at the front door, the buses, and the river and Elizabeth Quay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Perth. The location was ideal, with convenient stores and shopping malls just a few minutes away. There were plenty of cafes nearby, and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is exceptionally clean and very good. This hotel is conveniently located 1 km away from Elizabeth Quay. Also it is close to main shopping areas as well as tourist spots, restaurants, malls and tourist places.
